Aishwarya got engaged to Abhishek Bachchan in early January. They have been given the nickname Abhiwarya. The engagement took place at Bachchans' residence in Mumbai. This is one of the most anticipated marriages in Bollywood and one of the biggest stories of 2007. A wedding date has not yet been given and it is thought that only close family members will be invited. The two first acted together in 2003's Kuch Na Kaho. Abhishek brother took the couples horoscopes to an astrologer in 2006 and the astrologer said if 'God willed,' the wedding will happen.
